How to use it

Clean and dry the skin before application.

Connect the pads to the TENS/EMS lead wires.

Peel off the protective film and apply pads to the treatment area.

Turn on the TENS/EMS device and adjust intensity as needed.

After use, turn off the device and gently remove the pads. Store them back on the plastic sheet to preserve the gel.
